What is the difference between a quick fix and a structural issue?
A quick fix can be repaired in the tools you already have: edit the content, adjust the template, change a setting. A structural issue has a cause above the page ... the rendering model, the architecture, or the hosting ... and editing the page will not move it.
The distinction is not about size. A template repair that fixes four thousand pages is still a quick fix.
