The inspection

URLs you inspect are not stored. The request is made, the result is returned to your browser, and nothing about the target is written to disk or logged by the application.

The only thing kept is a hashed record of your own IP address with the timestamps of your recent inspections, used to enforce the fifteen-per-hour rate limit. Those files are swept automatically after two hours.

There is exactly one exception, and it only happens if you ask for it. If you use Email me this report, the URL you inspected has to leave your browser in order to be in the email, so it is inspected again on the server and sent to the address you gave. If you would rather nothing left the page, use Copy report instead, which works entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

What the inspection sends to the page you check

An ordinary HTTP request identifying itself as QuickRankAIInspector, from this server. The owner of the page you inspect can see that request in their logs, the same as any other visit. Your own IP address is not forwarded.

Email addresses

There are two places on this site where you can hand over an email address, and both of them are things you have to choose to do: asking for an inspection report by email, and the form on the get help page.

When you do, the request is stored on this server. Brevo handles the requested email delivery, but the address is not added to a Brevo contact list. Nothing is sold, rented, or used for marketing.

If you never use either form, no address is collected and nothing is sent to you.

Accounts and analytics

There are no accounts, no logins, and no advertising scripts on this site. QuickRankAI uses Statcounter and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand visits and how the site is used. Statcounter records details such as the date and time of a visit, IP address, browser, operating system, screen size, referring page, and pages viewed. Ahrefs measures page views and common interactions without storing raw IP addresses or using persistent identifiers. Standard web server access logs also exist, as they do on every server.

Cookies

Statcounter may set analytics cookies to recognize first-time and returning visitors and estimate unique visits. Ahrefs Web Analytics is cookie-free. You can block either analytics script without affecting the inspection tool.
